ಮೀನಾಕ್ಷೀ ಪಞ್ಚ ರತ್ನ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರಮ್

I perpetually bow to Meenakshi, the ocean of compassion, who shines like a billion rising suns, adorned with brilliant armlets and necklaces. Her lips are red like the bimba fruit, her smile radiates from rows of pearly teeth, and she is dressed in yellow silk. Her feet are worshipped by Vishnu, Brahma, and Indra; she is the embodiment of ultimate truth, the consort of Shiva.

I perpetually bow to Meenakshi, the ocean of compassion, whose brilliance is enhanced by a crown shining with pearl necklaces and a face radiant like the full moon. She wears tinkling anklets and gem-studded bells, glowing with the luster of a lotus. She is the daughter of the mountain (Himavan), worshipped by Saraswati and Lakshmi, and the granter of all desired boons.

I perpetually bow to Meenakshi, the ocean of compassion, who is the embodiment of Sri Vidya, residing on the left side of Shiva, radiant with the Hreem mantra. She dwells in the central point (bindu) of the Sri Chakra, presides over the majestic assembly, is the mother of the glorious Shanmukha (Murugan) and Vighnaraja (Ganesha), and is the enchantress of the three worlds.

I perpetually bow to Meenakshi, the ocean of compassion, the glorious consort of Sundareshwara, who dispels fear, bestows wisdom, and is pure. She has a dark, radiant complexion, her feet are worshipped by Brahma, she is the younger sister of Narayana (Vishnu), and she delights in the music of the veena, flute, and mridanga—the multifaceted Mother.

I perpetually bow to Meenakshi, the ocean of compassion, who dwells in the hearts of numerous yogis and sages, granting success in various pursuits. Her lotus feet are adorned with many kinds of flowers and she is worshipped by Narayana. She is the embodiment of sound (Nada Brahman), higher than the highest, and the essence of all meanings and truths.
