|| tṛtīyamuṇḍake dvitīyaḥ khaṇḍaḥ ||
sa vedaita-tparama-mbrahma dhāma
yatra viśva-nnihita-mbhāti śubhram |
upāsate puruṣaṃ-ye~ hyakāmāste
śukrametadativartanti dhīrāḥ || 1||
kāmān yaḥ kāmayate manyamānaḥ
sa kāmabhirjāyate tatra tatra |
paryāptakāmasya kṛtātmanastu
ihaiva sarve pravilīyanti kāmāḥ || 2||
nāyamātmā pravacanena labhyo
na medhayā na bahunā śrutena |
yamevaiṣa vṛṇute tena labhya-
stasyaiṣa ātmā vivṛṇute tanūṃ svām || 3||
nāyamātmā balahīnena labhyo
na ca pramādā-ttapaso vāpyaliṅgāt |
etairupāyairyatate yastu vidvāṃ-
stasyaiṣa ātmā viśate brahmadhāma || 4||
samprāpyainamṛṣayo jñānatṛptāḥ
kṛtātmāno vītarāgāḥ praśāntāḥ |
te sarvagaṃ sarvataḥ prāpya dhīrā
yuktātmāna-ssarvamevāviśanti || 5||
vedāntavijñānasuniścitārthāḥ
sannyāsayogād yataya-śśuddhasattvāḥ |
te brahmalokeṣu parāntakāle
parāmṛtāḥ parimucyanti sarve || 6||
gatāḥ kalāḥ pañcadaśa pratiṣṭhā
devāśca sarve pratidevatāsu |
karmāṇi vijñānamayaśca ātmā
pare-'vyaye sarve ekībhavanti || 7||
yathā nadya-ssyandamānā-ssamudre-'
sta-ṅgacchanti nāmarūpe vihāya |
tathā vidvā-nnāmarūpādvimuktaḥ
parātpara-mpuruṣamupaiti divyam || 8||
sa yo ha vai ta-tparama-mbrahma veda
brahmaiva bhavati nāsyābrahmavitkule bhavati |
tarati śoka-ntarati pāpmāna-ṅguhāgranthibhyo
vimukto-'mṛto bhavati || 9||
tadetadṛcā-'bhyuktam |
kriyāvanta-śśrotriyā brahmaniṣṭhāḥ
svaya-ñjuhvata ekar​ṣiṃ śraddhayantaḥ |
teṣāmevaitā-mbrahmavidyāṃ-va~deta
śirovrataṃ-vi~dhivad yaistu cīrṇam || 10||
tadeta-thsatyamṛṣiraṅgirāḥ
purovāca naitadacīrṇavrato-'dhīte |
namaḥ paramaṛṣibhyo namaḥ paramaṛṣibhyaḥ || 11||
